How to Install a Soft Rubber Flooring Tile

Rubber flooring tiles have been used for a long time because of their durability and noise absorption qualities. Rubber flooring is made from recycled rubber, making it a green choice for kids playground, home gyms and patios. These tiles last for years and easy to clean. It is is an easy process to lay these tiles with PU adhesive.

Step 1 – Clean the Floor

It could install on concrete, asphalt, geo-textile fabric and many other kinds of floor directly. Cleaning the floor and make sure the substrates dry enough before brushing the adhesive.

Step 2 – Prepare the Guidelines

Use a chalk line to show how to lay the tiles in the space and then brush the adhesive on the ground and each tiles.

Step 3 – Lay the Tiles

Starting to lay the tiles from the corner and edge. As the tiles are laid, use a rubber mallet to hit so that they can fit into the space and each other well. Cut them using the utility knife when necessary.

Finally, allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before opening area for use.
